Waiver of mandatory manuscript submission for publication in JTCVS may be requested at the time of submission. The requirement for manuscript submission to the JTCVS does not apply to Abstracts for the C. Walton Lillehei Resident Forum, posters, or case videos.

Cancellation Information
Please submit your cancellation and refund request to Maritz Global Events to state your reason for canceling. Refunds requested on or before March 17, 2023 will receive a full refund minus a $125 administrative fee. Requests received on March 18, 2023 through April 5, 2023 will receive a 50% refund. Requests received after April 6, 2023 will not receive a refund.
