Waiver of mandatory manuscript submission for publication in JTCVS may be requested at the time of submission. The requirement for manuscript submission to the JTCVS does not apply to Abstracts for the C. Walton Lillehei Resident Forum, posters, or case videos.

Registration Cancellation Policy:
Please submit your cancellation and refund request to AATS@Maritz.com and state your reason for canceling. Refunds requested on or before March 6, 2024, will receive a full refund minus a $150 administrative fee. Requests received March 7, 2024, through April 5, 2024, will receive a 50% refund. Requests received after April 6, 2024 will not receive a refund. All refunds will be remitted after the conclusion of the event.*
*For Residents, Fellows, and Medical Students, refunds requested on or before April 5, 2024 will receive a 50% refund.
