1. Presenters will receive a presenter email once accepted. Nonpsychiatrist presenters will only receive a fee waived registration for the day they are scheduled to present. Nonpsychiatrist presenters wishing to attend the full conference should register under the Mental Health Advocate registration category.
2. Does not include APA Fellows, Distinguished Fellows, Distinguished Life Fellows, or Life Fellows.
3. Mental Health Advocate registration category includes: Non-psychiatrist Physicians, Non-medical students, Advocacy Group Members, Non-psychiatrist Presenters, and Non-physicians, including but not limited to Chaplains, Nurses, Therapists, Social Workers and Psychologists.
4. Proper credentials, such as a copy of your valid medical student ID, valid student ID, letter from your program director, business card, or letter from the agency stating your role, or a copy of your certification (whichever is applicable) must be uploaded with your online registration or included with your mailed or faxed registration. Registrations received without credentials will be cancelled.

Cancellation Fees and Refunds/取消政策
All Registration and/or course cancellation requests must be received in writing by March 26, 2020 (see dates below for refund schedule) by the APA Office via fax, 202-380-0676 , or email, registration@psych.org. A confirmation will be sent once the request has been processed. The fee (if eligible) will be refunded in the manner in which it was received.

Refund policy and cancellation fees are as follows:
- Until February 20, 2020: Full Refund
- February 21 – March 26, 2020: Refund less cancellation fee equal to 25% of the total amount paid
- March 27, 2020, and beyond: No refunds
