The deadline for abstract submission 30th of NOVEMBER 2025. The abstract should be written in English and sent using the form below.

All selected abstracts will be published in an online pdf format as a supplement of the official ESGE and EEL journal “Facts, Views & Visions in ObGyn” (https://fvvo.eu) which is indexed in PubMed.

Among the submitted abstracts, the scientific committee will select the best work in each category (best E-Poster, best oral communication, best video).

The winners will receive a waiver for the 9th EEC 2028 and a certification.

Recommended structure:

• The text itself will have a maximum of 300 words (maximum 2000 characters, not including the title, authors and affiliation)

• Structure: Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusion.

• Tables, graphs and summary photos are not accepted

• Abbreviations will be explained when they first appear in the text

• A separate line must be inserted for a maximum of 3 keywords

• The bibliography is not included in the text of the abstract.

IMPORTANT! You can submit your abstract either for as e-poster, for oral communication or best video session. The abstract committee will take a final decision about the presentation form of your abstract,

IMPORTANT! For the submitted abstract to be accepted, at least the first author must be registered as a participant in the congress. The participation fee will have to be paid by 31st December 2025.

We will inform you about acceptance of your work by 31st January 2026.

In case of acceptance please follow the instructions in order to submit your final and completed work.

1. Free Oral Presentation

Allocated time for each presentation is 10 minutes

Please allow 1-2 minutes for questions out of your allocated time in the program; please be aware that there will be a timer displayed

Please make sure you prepare your presentation in PPT format (.ppt or .pptx) in 16:9 format.

If you are using a Mac laptop, please export your presentation as *.ppt-for Windows

The submission deadline for your completed ppt is 15th April 2026 and it should be done on the following email address eec2026@citrus.mt.

2. Video Presentation

The free communication should be submitted in video format – including video and sound (.avi or .mp4 or .mpeg) 

• 16:9 format

• The video should not exceed 7 minutes and 500 MB

• Official language: English

The video of the free communication will be played during the dedicated session (check final program)

The submission deadline for your completed video is 15th April 2026 and it should be done on the following email address eec2026@citrus.mt. 
Please use a large file transfer software and do not exceed 500MB. Thank you in advance!

3. E-Poster Presentation

The e-poster presentation should be submitted in PPT format – excluding video and sound

• 16:9 PPT format, PORTRAIT

• The presentation has to be limited to only 1 slide

• Official language: English

E-Posters will be displayed on the event platform for the entire period of the congress.
