Key Dates

• August 12, 2025 - Poster submission site opens. 
• October 21, 2025 – Poster submission site closes. 
• December 19, 2025 – Notification of accepted/declined posters will be sent out. 
• February 23, 2026 – Accepted posters can begin to be placed on the boards in the exhibit hall. 
• February 24, 2026 – Posters must be installed by noon. 
• February 26, 2026 – Poster must be removed by 2:00 pm as the exhibit hall closes down.
