Call for Abstracts for ObesityWeek 2025 in Atlanta, GA
The ObesityWeek 2025 Call for Abstracts was open March 3 – April 14. Abstract decisions will arrive by email approximately June 28 from annualmeeting@obesity.org. Accepted abstracts will be presented IN PERSON in Atlanta, GA on November 4, 5, 6, or 7, 2025. Please plan to accommodate possible presentation times Tuesday through Friday. NEW for 2025: Maximum abstract length has been increased from 2,000 to 3,000 characters and an optional PNG or TIFF image can be included with a maximum print size of 3-inches squared (300 to 600 dpi). The cost to submit an abstract is $65. If your abstract was accepted, please confirm you will present using the link in your acceptance email, fill out forms in the Speaker Resource Center (linked in the auto-email you will receive after confirming), then read the Speaker Resources.
Call for Late-Breaking Abstracts for ObesityWeek 2025 in Atlanta, GA
The TOS Call for Late-Breaking Abstracts will open Monday, June 16, 2025 through Wednesday, July 2, 2025. Decisions will arrive by email August 19-22 from annualmeeting@obesity.org. To submit a Late-Breaking abstract, please CLICK HERE.
Accepted abstracts will be presented IN PERSON as either Orals or Posters in Atlanta, Georgia on November 4, 5, 6, or 7, 2025. Please plan to accommodate possible presentation times Tuesday through Friday. The cost to submit a late-breaking abstract is $130.
