2026年第18届国际儿科肿瘤学会年会(SIOP)亚洲年会将于2026年6月25-28日在蒙古乌兰巴托举行，会议由国际儿科肿瘤学会(SIOP)主办。

RULES FOR SUBMISSION

Please read the submission rules before submitting an abstract.

• Abstracts must be submitted online via the website only.

• ABSTRACTS SUBMITTED BY EMAIL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

• Abstracts must be submitted in English.

• Presentation Type: Abstracts may be submitted for Oral or Poster.

• If your abstract is accepted as Oral Presentation or Poster Presentation, the presenting author must be a registered for onsite participation for the congress. SIOP Asia 2026 will NOT offer pre-recorded\virtual presentations.

• If your abstract is accepted as E-Poster or Publication-only, one of the authors must be registered for the congress. Failure to do so will result in exclusion from the program.

• Abstracts must be received by the announced deadline. Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered.

• Previous Publications of an Abstract – the work must not have been previously accepted by or published in a peer reviewed journal at the time of abstract submission.

• Previous Presentation of an Abstract – the work must not have been previously  presented at a meeting of any other scientific organization with more than 500 attendees prior to the SIOP congress.

• Disclosure of Conflicts of Interest: Abstract submitters will be required to disclose any conflict of interests in the submission form.

• Preferred Presentation type: Oral Presentation/Poster. Please submit symbols as words.

• Abstract text – limited to 300 words including acknowledgements.

• Abstract topic

• Text only is to be submitted. Tables, figures, graphs and bulleted text are not permitted.

• Note: All visuals shown must have informed consent. Speakers must declare any conflict of interest before starting their presentations.

• MEDICAL: haematological malignancies (leukaemias and lymphomas), ocular oncology, neuro-oncology, solid tumours, rare tumours, implementation, and other.

• NURSING: late effects, psychosocial, other.

• CIVIL SOCIETY: early detection and registries, psychosocial, palliative care, other.

• OTHER: public health, epidemiology

Acceptance

Abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee, which reserves the right to accept and allocate abstracts for either poster or oral presentation. All presenters of accepted abstracts must register as congress delegates, and the early registration fee will apply.​

It is my great honor and pleasure to host the SIOP Asia Congress in Mongolia for the first time and to warmly welcome you to Ulaanbaatar for the 18th SIOP Asia Congress, to be held from 25–28 June 2026.

Our theme, “Together for Change: Science, Compassion, and Hope for Every Child,” is a call for collective action - uniting clinicians, researchers, advocates, patients, and survivors to advance scientific excellence while ensuring that compassion and hope remain at the heart of pediatric cancer care.

The Congress will feature a comprehensive scientific program with impactful sessions designed for clinicians, researchers, foundations, and survivor communities. We are also pleased to announce the development of a joint website for SIOP Asia and CCI Asia, and we hope this collaborative website will become a tradition for future congresses.

Mongolia has been recognized by Lonely Planet as one of the world’s top travel destinations. Beyond the conference, we hope you will take the opportunity to experience the rich traditions, unique culture, and warm hospitality of our country.
