Abstract Submission Deadline: Monday, August 25, 2025
The last day to make edits to your abstract is August 25, 2025. Please note: You WILL NOT be able to edit the abstract after the August 25, 2025, deadline even if the abstract is accepted.
Acceptance notices will be sent to authors on November 5, 2025.
Late-Breaking abstract submission is now open, until Monday, November 10, 11:59 PM Pacific.

Late-Breaking Abstract Eligibility
The late-breaking abstract submission allows for the submission of truly late-breaking scientific research for which no preliminary data was available at the time of August 25, 2025, abstract submission deadline.
- Work that has been accepted prior to the ORS late-breaking submission deadline of November 10, 2025, for publication as a manuscript or will be presented prior to the ORS meeting in March 2026 is ineligible for consideration. Please note: Abstracts presented at an ORS regional/satellite meeting, i.e., Tendon Conference, PSRS, do not fall under these guidelines.
- This late-breaking submission is not a mechanism to allow for updated data to complement preliminary research abstracts that were submitted by the general submission deadline of August 25.
- Abstract must present results of work substantially performed prior to submission and no two abstracts that share one or more authors may overlap significantly in content. Abstract is based upon the best available evidence and does not promote or recommend relevant products or services as part of the abstract presentation.
- Acceptance notices for Late-Breaking abstracts will be sent on December 3.
