Dear APOA Members and Friends,
On behalf of the APOA Executive Committee and the APOA Council, it is my honour to invite you to the 23rd Congress of the Asia Pacific Orthopaedic Association which is scheduled to be held from Feb 29 – March 2, 2024 in the vibrant city of Dubai, UAE.

The meeting will be held at the beautiful Dubai Festival City on Dubai Creek. Overlooking the serene waters of the creek and iconic Dubai skyline, it holds a special place in the heart of North Dubai. It is accessible via multiple roadways, public transport and special water taxi stops on the iconic Dubai creek. The integrated complex houses the convention center, three luxury hotels, a shopping mall with over 400 stores, more than 100 restaurants and cafes, and a food court with 1000 seating capacity, the largest in Dubai.
I am sure that under the able stewardship of the Congress President, Dr Saeed Al Thani, Scientific Chair Dr Jamal Ashraf and the entire organising team, the Congress will be a roaring success. Here I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to Dr Ali Al Suwaidi, President of the Emirates Orthopaedic Association for his continued support to the APOA and its activities.
This scientific extravaganza is not to be missed as it will cover a diverse range of topics on all orthopaedic sub-specialities. The Organising Committee has gathered a team of experts from around the world to speak at the meeting. The Congress will be preceded by hands-on workshop and Speciality Day program on Feb 28, 2024 and will cover a range of topics to be delivered by international experts in their respective fields. Our committee has worked hard to prepare a unique and exciting selection of topics within the different sub-specialities. The lectures and symposia will provide all delegates with information that is most relevant on the international orthopaedic stage.
