Presentation Type

• Outstanding Abstract
- Selected original articles that is Not presented in international conferences; Presented in English.
- Selected presentations who demonstrate the highest levels of scientific and clinical impact will be recognized by scientific committee.

• Oral Presentation: Presented in English

• Poster Presentation

1) All abstracts must be written in English and submitted through the congress website.
2) Select your preferred type for your presentation. The Scientific Committee, however, reserves the right to make the final decision on the mode of presentation.
3) Submission of an abstract implies that the presenting author has the consent of all authors and has obtained necessary institutional clearances.
4) Submission of an abstract acknowledges acceptance for the abstract to be published in the official proceedings.
5) The presenting author must register at the time of acceptance of his or her abstract.
6) Previously published abstracts in cancer-related meetings can be also submitted as well as new unpublished abstracts.
7) The Scientific Committee will review all submitted abstracts. The reviewing process is confidential and decisions are final.
8) Presenting authors must register in the congress through the website by May 29, 2025 (KST).

• Word Limit: 250 words
• The abstract body of original articles should be structured chronologically into 4 sections
• 1) Purpose - 2) Methods - 3) Results - 4) Conclusions

• Word Limit: 150 words
• Case Reports are not encouraged and are considered only if justified by their unique significance or depth of studies on the case.
• The abstract should be unstructured and its length should not exceed 150 words.
  

• Abstract Acceptance: Mid-May, 2025
• All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee according to standard review procedures.
Notification of acceptance will be sent by e-mail to presenting (submitting) and corresponding authors.
• If your abstract is accepted, presenting authors must register in the meeting through the website by May 29, 2025.

• For any questions related to abstract submission, please contact the AOS 2025 secretariat..
• If the presenting author of an accepted abstract does not register by the pre-registration date, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.
