2026年第25届亚洲临床药学大会(ACCP2026)将于2026年7月9-11日在泰国曼谷举行。亚洲临床药学大会(ACCP)包括为期3天的科学主旨演讲和大会报告，同时将举行专题研讨会、口头和海报摘要介绍，大会议题将涉及药学实践和药学科学相关领域；预计将有1500名本地代表与海外代表参加本次会议。

亚洲临床药学大会(ACCP)是一项旨在促进亚洲临床药学实践、教育和研究卓越发展的年度活动，是亚洲临床药学领域的重大事件。亚洲临床药学大会(ACCP)原为东亚发展临床药学实践和临床药学教育会议（EACDCPPE），首届会议于1997年在美国召开，第二届EACDCPPE于1999年在上海举行，2003年在日本召开的第三届会议更名为亚洲临床药学大会；2005年在马来西亚举行的第五届ACCP会议决定将会议改为每年举行一次。
