2024 Abstract Submission Information
All abstract submissions are due by 11:59 p.m. CT on Tuesday, October 17, 2023. Accepted abstracts are required to be presented in person at the 2024 Annual Meeting in Denver, CO.
Submission Fees
A non-refundable submission fee will be charged for all abstracts. The fee is based on the first author’s training and member status.
- Members: $125
- Nonmembers: $225
- Interns, Junior Residents and Fellows, PhD candidates, and Students (Medical or Graduate): $0

2024 Emerging Science Abstracts
The Emerging Science program highlights the most current research being done in the field of neurology. Abstracts qualify for Emerging Science presentations by having key aspects of research conducted after the October abstract submission deadline and must be new and of sufficient scientific importance to warrant expedited presentation and publication. These previously unpublished abstracts contain timely, significant, and innovative content.
Key Deadlines
- December 4, 2023: Emerging Science submission site opens for late-breaking abstracts
- January 24, 2024: Emerging Science abstract submission deadline at 11:59 p.m. CT
- February 26, 2024: Emerging Science abstract notifications sent via email to first authors
- April 12, 2024: Emerging Science embargo lifts at 12:01 a.m. ET, which corresponds to 11:01 p.m. CT on April 11
