2023年第17届世界睡眠大会（World Sleep 2023）将于2023年10月20日至25日在巴西里约热内卢举行，本次会议由世界睡眠学会(WSS)组织，巴西睡眠学会主办。世界睡眠大会将为世界各地的参与者提供一个绝佳的交流睡眠医学的科学观念和经验的机会，共同探索改善睡眠健康的方法，促进预防和治疗睡眠障碍；本次会议将展示睡眠医学的最新进展，包括最新的临床和基础研究技术。

World Sleep 2023 - World Sleep Congress

Venue: Windsor Convention & Expo Center, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

This congress will facilitate an international discussion forum and collaboration among sleep societies and sleep professionals. Sleep clinicians, technologists, trainees, educators, and scientists from around the world will meet to advance knowledge on sleep science, sleep in public health, sleep health and the sleep-wake disorders, their diagnosis and treatments. We seek to maximize learning both from formal presentations by the leading experts in their fields and from informal discussion groups emphasizing opportunities for networking and member participation.

Early abstract acceptance:

Submit your abstract by February 28, 2023 to be in the first round of review, which will take place in early March. Accepted abstracts will receive a formal letter of acceptance soon after the review. The primary purpose of this early review is to better facilitate travel for our presenters who require visas or other institutional permissions/reimbursements.

Abstract presentations are split into two formats: oral abstracts and poster abstracts.

Oral abstracts are 13-minute oral presentations, plus a limited question-and-answer time. Once accepted, oral abstracts are organized into sessions by theme (e.g. insomnia and treatment, sleep health across the lifespan, circadian misalignment and risk for cardiometabolic disease and performance). Slots for oral abstract presentations are more limited, making acceptance more competitive.

Poster abstracts are organized into 45-minute sessions during which the presenter must be present with their poster to discuss the work with attendees. Posters can be presented at almost any stage of research and provide an excellent opportunity for authors to discuss their methods and findings with other professionals.

All abstracts are published in a supplemental issue of Sleep Medicine, the official journal of World Sleep Society.

World Sleep Congress

Registration includes the main scientific program taking place over October 23–25, 2023, including invited speakers, symposia, and abstracts, as well as the opening ceremony, closing ceremony, and exhibit hall.

Pre-Congress Courses

Both half-day and full-day course ticket price includes lunch. Each individual course requires a separate ticket.
