2023年第18届欧洲神经肿瘤学会(EANO)年会将2023年9月21日至24日在荷兰鹿特丹举行，会议由欧洲神经肿瘤学协会(EANO)主办。

欧洲神经肿瘤学协会(EANO)是代表涉及中枢神经系统（CNS）肿瘤的预防、诊断和治疗的所有医学和科学学科的欧洲多学科神经肿瘤学组织。EANO致力于通过创新的研究和协同的教育与培训促进神经肿瘤学的发展-宣译。EANO加强所有相关学科之间的合作——神经肿瘤学、神经外科、神经病理学、神经放射学、放射肿瘤学以及护理学，旨在弥补中枢神经系统恶性肿瘤管理方面的科学、知识和实践方面的差距。

目前EANO在70多个国家拥有600多名成员。EANO与美国神经肿瘤学会（SNO）和亚洲神经肿瘤学会（ASNO）等学会合作，共同促进国家间的合作。EANO、SNO和ASNO是世界神经肿瘤协会联合会（WFNOS）的成员学会。EANO为会员提供多种服务，组织各种科学和教育会议以及高水准的讲座，内容涵盖神经肿瘤学领域的所有学科，其中包括每年一次的EANO会议和每四年一届的WFNOS会议(未经本站许可，禁止复制摘录转载本站任何内容-领域国际医学会议网)。

GENERAL INFORMATION ON ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

• EANO accepts regular, encore or trial in progress abstracts.
• Abstracts containing no results or structure will be rejected.
• Abstracts with the obvious goal of advertising corporate products or services, will be rejected.
• All submitted abstracts will be anonymised and reviewed by an independent review panel coordinated by the Scientific Committee.
• Authors will be notified about the status of their submission and the final assignment (oral presentation or poster) via email by May 31, 2023.
• Accepted abstracts will be published on the website of Neuro-Oncology on September 7, 2023.
• There will not be a printed abstract book.
• The embargo for abstracts submitted to EANO 2022 will lift on September 7, 2023 after publication of all accepted abstracts on the website of Neuro-Oncology.

To prepare your abstract submission please carefully read all the instructions and information in the sections “Guidelines and Submission Steps” and “Online Submission Portal” below.

CORRECTIONS / WITHDRAWALS OF ABSTRACTS

• Submitted abstracts can be corrected / withdrawn via the online submission portal until the submission deadline of April 6, 2023.
• Corrections or withdrawals after the deadline have to be requested in an email to eano-meetings@eano.eu
• No corrections / withdrawals are possible after June 30, 2023.

REGISTRATION

At least the presenting author of an abstract is obliged to register and pay the congress registration fee within 2 weeks (but not later than June 30, 2023) after notification on acceptance. In the event of non-fulfillment, the abstract will be withdrawn by the organisers.

Dear EANO members, colleagues and friends,

The 18th Meeting of the European Association of Neuro-Oncology (EANO 2023) will be held in Rotterdam (Netherlands), the largest European seaport, a splendid environment for meetings. Located 25 minutes by train from Amsterdam airport with the convention centre just across the square in front of the main train station, the meeting is effectively in the heart of the Netherlands. Rotterdam is famous for its rapidly evolving architecture, its festivals, its cultural exhibitions, and fascinating old and new harbours.

As usual, the annual EANO meeting will kick off with an Educational Day on Thursday, September 21 and the main programme will commence on Friday, September 22. The congress enhances exchange and collaboration between all relevant disciplines - Neuro-Oncology, Neurosurgery, Neuropathology, Neuroradiology, and Radiation Oncology as well as Nursing and other Allied Health Professionals - and aims at bridging science, knowledge, and practice gaps in the management of CNS malignancies.

EANO is Europe’s multidisciplinary Neuro-Oncology organisation representing all medical and scientific disciplines involved in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of tumours of the central nervous system (CNS). The successful 2022 EANO meeting in Vienna attracted 900 participants from all continents and was very highly rated!

During the congress, speakers from across the globe will present the latest clinical trial outcomes and highlight key advances in basic and translational science. Key clinical themes of the Rotterdam 2023 meeting will include experimental and combination therapies, the latest on radiation oncology technologies, neurosurgical precision tools, advanced imaging modalities and the latest developments in molecular diagnostics.
