2023年第56届欧洲儿科和先天性心脏病协会(AEPC)年会将于2023年4月26日至29日在爱尔兰都柏林举行。AEPC年会是一个有着千余名代表参加的独特而又特殊的会议。会议将集中讨论遗传学、胚胎学和基础科学、胎儿心脏病学、重症监护管理、非侵入性的诊断技术和治疗方法、先天性冠状动脉异常、先天性心脏心律失常和电生理学、心律失常、肺动脉高压等方面的最新进展。

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

• All abstracts must be written in English.
• All abstracts must be submitted online through the abstract submission system by the deadline given above. Abstracts that are sent via e-mail will not be included in the abstract review process.
• Please do NOT submit multiple copies of the same abstract.
• Use acronyms only when necessary and define all abbreviations and concepts in your abstract at first use.
• The submitting and presenting authors are required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before the submission.
• Always make sure to check the final abstract with the system's preview function before submission, and edit or replace as necessary. It is the authors' responsibility to submit a correct abstract. Any errors in spelling, grammar or scientific fact will be reproduced as typed by the author.
• Only the accepted abstracts of presenting authors who have completed their registrations and paid their registration fees by the registration deadline for abstract presenters will be included in the Scientific Programme and the AEPC 2023 Supplement issue of the CitY (Cardiology in the Young) Journal.

Accepted abstracts will be published in the "Cardiology in the Young (CitY) Journal". By submitting an abstract, the authors consent in giving AEPC permission to publish their abstracts in the abstract publication, supplement of the official Journal of the AEPC, the Cardiology in the Young (CiTY) Journal.

Since there will be no editing process on the abstracts, the authors are required to avoid any typing errors, misordering of the authors, wrong spelling/writing about the institutions, etc.

Dear Friends and Colleagues, 

It is our pleasure to welcome you to the 56th Annual Meeting of the Association for European Paediatric and Congenital Cardiology to be held in Dublin Ireland, between April 26-29th, 2023. The meeting is hosted by the local organising committee from Children’s Health Ireland Dublin, and Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children, Belfast, Northern Ireland.

We are committed to offer an exciting Annual Meeting. This is a remarkable opportunity for us on the island of Ireland and we know the meeting will be a very positive experience for everyone involved. Both centres and the All Island Congenital Heart Disease Network will do everything possible to make this a memorable meeting. We look forward to hosting an academically stimulating conference with exceptional speakers on important topics in congenital heart disease. We have established a local scientific committee to work closely with the scientific advisory group to optimise the quality of the content and to make the meeting as relevant, high impact and stimulating as possible.

Dublin is a dynamic multinational city which is now a global hub for some of the largest medical and technology companies in the world. It is easily accessed from all international and European airports. Additionally, Ireland is a stunningly beautiful country which is culturally rich, steeped in a rich tradition in literature, music and art. The theme for the meeting we suggest is “Building Bridges of Collaboration Across Europe In Congenital Cardiac Care”. We hope the meeting attendees take the time to sample some of this rich culture during their visit to the meeting. Belfast is the partner host and the end of the conference there will be the opportunity to visit Northern Ireland with its world famous visitor attractions such as The Giant’s Causeway and the Titanic Visitor Centre.

The AEPC 2023 Annual Meeting will be held in the Convention Centre Dublin, which is a state of the art convention centre centrally located on the banks of the River Liffey and within easy walking distance of city hotels and visitor attractions.

After a very difficult period for global health and peace we look forward to welcoming you in person to Dublin to continue learning, make new friends and strengthen our bonds of collegiality.

Registration Categories & Fees

*All prices are inclusive of VAT taxes.

*AEPC Members are required submit their membership number during the registration process.

The registration fee for all the registration categories of the Annual Meeting includes:

• Access to all scientific sessions
• Access to the posters’ area
• Access to the exhibition area
• Meeting materials (Name badge, final programme book, etc...)
• Certificate of attendance
• CME Accreditation (number of CME credits to be announced prior to the Annual Meeting)
• Coffee breaks & lunchs as per the Meeting programme
• Welcome Reception

Update Course Registration Categories & Fees

Letter of Confirmation

A confirmation letter will be sent to the submitted e-mail within one week of receipt of the total registration fee.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of registration will be accepted until the early bird deadline January 30, 2023, up to which date the registration fee will be refunded with a 50,00.-EUR deduction for administrative expenses.

For cancellations received on and after January 31, 2023, the registration fee will be non-refundable.
