Dear colleagues

The 25th International Conference on Medical Image Computing and Computer Assisted Intervention, MICCAI 2022, will be held from September 18th to 22nd 2022 in Resort World Convention Centre Singapore. This will be the first MICCAI conference hosted in Southeast Asia.

The MICCAI 2022 organizing committee and the local team in Singapore have been working diligently at planning the conference for years. We are dedicated to making sure that MICCAI 2022 will be a great experience for everyone!

As you all know, the annual MICCAI conference attracts the world’s leading biomedical scientists, engineers, and clinicians from a wide range of disciplines associated with medical imaging and computer assisted intervention. The conference series includes three days of scientific content, including oral presentations and poster sessions. Workshops, tutorials, and challenges are held on the days preceding and succeeding the conference. Delegates can enjoy many different session formats in these satellite events that offer a comprehensive forum to further explore topics relevant to MICCAI. Industrial sessions and exhibitions provide interesting opportunities of exchange between academia and industry. The Students and Women in MICCAI board will complete the program with exciting social events.

In the months to follow, we will send out many emails announcing what is planned and giving more details. Watch out for those as we share even more exciting news about MICCAI 2022! Meanwhile, do take note that the deadline for paper submission is March 1st, 2022.

• Registration will be confirmed after receiving full payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the symposium are requested to contact the registration secretariat at registration@miccai2022.org. Only participants who complete their registration will be included in the program.
• The date of payment is decisive for the registration fee. Even if the registration form is received before the early bird deadline, it will not be considered as early registration if the payment has not been received before the deadline.
• Registration Fees include VAT.
• You will receive your registration confirmation in 48 hours after you made your payment (except weekends). Please note that it may take around 1 week to get your confirmation if the payment is made via bank transfer.
• To be eligible for the student / clinician rates, students (bachelor, master or doctoral level) / clinicians are required to produce up to date documentary evidence of their status by the time of the manuscript submission. Without this documentation, full delegate fees will be applied. For the avoidance of any doubt, post-doctoral fellows should pay full delegate fees. Students / Clinicians should send necessary document via e-mail to registration@miccai2022.org.
• Workshops are on September 18 and 22 2022. To attend workshops both on September 18 and 22 please select both dates and note that you need to pay the above mentioned rates two times.
• To be eligible for the member rates, participants are required to fill the code they have received from MICCAI Society regarding their membership renewal or you can pay your membership fee directly from the registration form in order to be eligible for the Regular member, Clinician member and Student member rate.
• Registration for satellites events is per day meaning that registration for Day 1 or Day 2 of satellite events, provides the participant with access any satellite event on that particular day only. Please note that some satellites events may only be available in-person and will not have an online or hybrid component. If you are registering for satellite events and intend to participate remotely, please verify that your desired event is available online by checking the Workshops, Tutorials, and Challenges pages of the MICCAI 2022 website. If you are presenting at one of these events, please confirm with the satellite event organisers as to whether you may present remotely. It is the responsibility of the conference participants to ensure the availability of their desired satellite events prior to registering.

In Person Main Conference Registration Fees Include:

Virtual Main Conference Registration Fees Include:

• Coffee breaks and lunches to be served on 18 and 22 September.

Hybrid Workshop Registration Fees include:

• Attendance to workshops on 18 and 22 September from the virtual platform

Cancellation Policy - Registration:

Requests for registration cancellation must be received in writing by the MICCAI 2022 Registration Secretariat (DEKON) by fax at +90 212 347 63 63, or via e-mail to registration@miccai2022.org

• Cancellations received before or on August 1, 2022 - full refund less EUR 25 administration fee. Membership fees are non-refundable.
• Cancellations received on or after August 2, 2022 - no refund
• After the cancellation deadline it is not allowed to change the registration type from in person attendance to hybrid attendance.

Please note that registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of MICCAI 2022, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
