2022年第17届欧洲神经肿瘤学会(EANO)年会将2022年9月15日至18日在奥地利维也纳举行，会议由欧洲神经肿瘤学协会(EANO)主办。

欧洲神经肿瘤学协会(EANO)是代表涉及中枢神经系统（CNS）肿瘤的预防、诊断和治疗的所有医学和科学学科的欧洲多学科神经肿瘤学组织。EANO致力于通过创新的研究和协同的教育与培训促进神经肿瘤学的发展-宣译。EANO加强所有相关学科之间的合作——神经肿瘤学、神经外科、神经病理学、神经放射学、放射肿瘤学以及护理学，旨在弥补中枢神经系统恶性肿瘤管理方面的科学、知识和实践方面的差距。

目前EANO在70多个国家拥有600多名成员。EANO与美国神经肿瘤学会（SNO）和亚洲神经肿瘤学会（ASNO）等学会合作，共同促进国家间的合作。EANO、SNO和ASNO是世界神经肿瘤协会联合会（WFNOS）的成员学会。EANO为会员提供多种服务，组织各种科学和教育会议以及高水准的讲座，内容涵盖神经肿瘤学领域的所有学科，其中包括每年一次的EANO会议和每四年一届的WFNOS会议(未经本站许可，禁止复制摘录转载本站任何内容-领域国际医学会议网)。

The final deadline for abstract submission was April 12, 2022.

ACCEPTANCE AND SELECTION OF ABSTRACTS

All submitted abstracts will be anonymised and reviewed by an independent review panel coordinated by the Scientific Committee in April and May 2022. Authors will be notified about the status of their submission and the final assignment (oral presentation or poster) via email by June 1, 2022.

Accepted abstracts will be published on the website of Neuro-Oncology on September 1, 2022.
There will not be a printed abstract book.

CORRECTIONS / WITHDRAWALS OF ABSTRACTS

• Submitted abstracts can be corrected / withdrawn via the online submission portal until the submission deadline of April 12, 2022.
• Corrections or withdrawals after the deadline have to be requested in an email to eano-meetings@eaon.eu
• No corrections / withdrawals are possible after July 1, 2022.

REGISTRATION

At least the presenting author of an abstract is obliged to register and pay the congress registration fee within 2 weeks (but not later than June 30, 2022) after notification on acceptance. In the event of non-fulfillment, the abstract will be withdrawn by the organisers.

Dear EANO members, friends and colleagues,

It is my great pleasure to cordially invite you to participate in the EANO Meeting 2022, to be held in Vienna, Austria, from September 15 to 18, 2022!

The program of this meeting will highlight the most recent findings in basic, translational, and clinical science from all fields of Neuro-Oncology and will provide a superb platform for presentation of your most recent data! I particularly invite young colleagues from all over the world to foresee submission of their results from diploma and PhD theses and other research activities for submission to our congress - we look forward to welcoming you and discussing your data with you!

Hoping that the pandemic situation will allow so, we are planning the EANO Meeting 2022 as a physical meeting (if needed, with a virtual component).

In any case, we are already enthusiastically starting the organisation of the meeting and I thank the EANO Meeting Office, my team members and all supporters for the dedicated work and collaboration! I very much look forward to welcoming you in autumn 2022 for exciting scientific exchange, the strengthening of collaborations and friendships, and, if our busy congress schedules allow, also the enjoyment of the wide range of cultural and culinary pleasures the beautiful city of Vienna has to offer!
