AES 2022 Digital Select
AES 2022 Digital select is an on-demand education option designed for epilepsy clinicians, scientists, and other professionals who are not able to attend the in-person meeting due to scheduling, travel restrictions, etc. It includes recordings of all symposia and other selected education sessions and access to all posters via the online poster hall. Digital Select content will be available on or around Tuesday, December 13, and will be available for 90 days.

Registration Refund Deadline:
The deadline to cancel your in-person or Digital Select registration and request a full refund (less a $100 administrative fee) is Friday, November 18, 2022, at 12:00 PM (noon) Pacific Time. If the cost of your registration is less than the $100 administrative fee, no refund will be given.
For credit card refunds, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. For check refunds, please allow 4-6 weeks after the Annual Meeting for processing. Requests made after Friday, November 18, 2022, at 12:00 PM (noon) Pacific Time are not eligible for refunds. Contact aes@maritz.com to cancel your registration and request a refund.
