2021年第23届世界精神卫生大会(WFMH 2021)将于2021年11月2日至5日在英国伦敦举行，会议由世界精神卫生联盟(WFMH)主办，上届WFMH世界大会有来自全球70多个国家的5000余名代表参加。
世界精神卫生联盟(WFMH)是一个于1948年成立的国际性会员组织，其宗旨是在所有民族和国家中促进对精神和情绪障碍的预防，对患有此类疾病的人进行适当的治疗和护理，促进心理健康。WFMH自1963年以来一直是一个具有联合国经济及社会理事会（ECOSOC）咨商地位的非政府组织，并与世界卫生组织（WHO）有官方正式关系，与联合国新闻部（DPI）有正式联系。自WFMH在伦敦召开了第一次会议后，每两年在不同国家举办一次世界大会，最近的大会在雅典、开普敦、开罗和新德里、布宜诺斯艾利斯举行(未经本站允许，禁止复制转载摘录镜像本站任何内容-领域国际医学会议网)。

As President of the World Federation for Mental Health it gives me great pleasure to announce that the 23rd World Congress of the World Federation for Mental Health will take place in collaboration with our member organisation, the World Dignity Project on:
Tuesday 2nd November 2021 to Friday 5th November 2021
Central Hall Westminster, London, UK
Central Hall Wesminster, the venue of the 23rd World Congress of the World Federation for Mental Health has a unique place in the history of WFMH. It was here at this prestigeous and historical venue that the first International Congress on Mental Health was held in August 1948 leading to the formation of WFMH.
At that time the International Preparatory Commission for the Congress concluded that:
‘principles of mental health cannot be successfully furthered in any society unless there is progressive acceptance of the concept of world citizenship. World citizenship can be widely extended among all peoples through the application of principles of mental health.’
The 23rd World Congress of the World Federation for Mental Health held in collaboration with the World Dignity Project will re-affirm the founding principles and values of WFMH and bring together experts by lived experience, carers and family members, mental health professionals from all fields, academics and policy makers.

Cancellation Policy-取消政策
• Cancellations requested before August 31st 2021: 75% of the registration fee will be reimbursed, discounting 25% for administrative expenses.
• Cancellations requested from august 31st 2021 to 24th October 2021: 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed
• Cancellations requested from October 25th 2021: registration fee will not be reimbursed resulting in 100% loss of the registration fee.
