THE 2021 TCT MEETINGS DIGITAL EXPERIENCE
While ASTCT and the CIBMTR were hopeful to meet in-person at the TCT | Transplantation and Cellular Therapy Meetings, protecting our attendees, speakers, supporters, and staff remains our top priority. Large gatherings and travel continue to pose significant health and safety concerns due to COVID-19, which make it impracticable to hold the meetings at the Hawaii Convention Center in Honolulu, Hawaii, originally scheduled for February 10-14, 2021.
We are excited to announce that the 2021 TCT Meetings will transition into The 2021 TCT Meetings Digital Experience, taking place February 8-12, 2021, with various sessions held the weeks of February 1 and 15. Sessions will take place between the hours of approximately 9 AM-5 PM CT, however, attendees will have the opportunity to view accredited sessions for an extended amount of time post-session to claim continuing education credit.
Staying on top of the latest scientific updates, innovative ideas, and timeliest issues in cellular therapy is critical. That is why we are committed to bringing you an outstanding digital program, with the opportunity to earn even more continuing education credits. We’re confident that The 2021 TCT Meetings Digital Experience will help inspire and propel you to better reach your professional goals.

The TCT | Transplantation and Cellular Therapy Meetings (formerly the BMT Tandem Meetings) are the combined annual meetings of the American Society for Transplantation and Cellular Therapy (ASTCT) and the Center for International Blood & Marrow Transplant Research (CIBMTR). Investigators, clinicians, laboratory technicians, clinical research professionals, nurses, pharmacists, administrators and allied health professionals benefit from the full scientific program that addresses the most timely issues in hematopoietic cell transplantation.

2021 TCT Meetings Policy for Abstracts
Abstract Eligibility
- Work submitted for presentation should not have been reported previously in an archival scientific publication, either as an article or as an abstract, at the time of submission.
- Data that has been, or will be, presented at *any other meeting before being presented at the 2021 TCT Meetings Digital Experience, will not be accepted for presentation.
*Due to the overlap in abstract submission/presentation timelines for the 2020 ASH Annual Meeting, data submitted to/presented at the 2020 ASH Annual Meeting is acceptable for submission to the 2021 TCT Meetings Digital Experience.
Conference Registration Fee
- Abstract presenting authors will be eligible for a registration discount. If your presentation is accepted, you will receive a code to use when registering that will automatically apply the reduction in your registration rate.
Abstract Submission Fee
- There is a $50 non-refundable abstract submission fee.
