Currency: All fees are quoted in GBP (£). All registration payments should be made in pound sterling GBP (£).
Abstract submitter discount
Discount: Abstract submitters will benefit from a £50 discount off the applicable full registration fee. Discounts are not applicable to the reduced rates for low resource and middle income countries and to special registration code discounts. This discount cannot be used in conjunction with another discount. The abstract submitter discount is only valid until the abstract presenter registration deadline (16 August).
Before registering: Please submit your abstract(s) before registering; a discount code will be emailed to you at the end of the abstract submission process. Please use this code when registering to receive your discount.
Registration cancellation-取消政策：
Cancellation of a registration must be communicated via email to registration@isuog.org on or before 15 September 2021. Verbal changes and verbal cancellations are not accepted. There will be a £60 administration charge applied to the registration fee which will be deducted at the time of refund. Membership fees are non-refundable. Please note that the refund will be returned via the same payment method as the original receipt of funds. Substitutions of attendees can be made at any time and requested in writing. Refunds will not be given for virtual no-shows at the Congress.
Cancellations after 15 September 2021 will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the registration fees.
Any refunds outside our normal terms will only be reviewed and processed after the Congress.
