The Annual Meeting Organizing Committee (AMOC) for the 2021 AACC Annual Scientific Meeting, held in partnership with the Canadian Society of Clinical Chemists (CSCC), invites you to submit your research advances to be presented at the meeting. All poster abstract submissions must be made electronically through AACC’s online poster abstract submission site by February 24, 2021, 5 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time. AACC is not able to accept poster abstracts by any other method.

IN-PERSON REGISTRATION OPTIONS

Atlanta All Access Registration

The Atlanta All Access in-person registration fee includes access/entrance to the following event types at the 2021 AACC Annual Scientific Meeting & Clinical Lab Expo:

• All Plenary Sessions, Scientific Sessions, and Meet the Expert sessions, as well as the Sunday afternoon Special Session and Disruptive Technology Award session
• All Poster Sessions (both in-person and ePosters)
• The AACC Clinical Lab Expo exhibit hall
• All Industry Workshops, Industry Theaters, and Lectures on the exhibit floor and in the hotels
• The Sunday night AACC Opening Mixer

In addition, your All Access registration includes:

• The ability to purchase tickets for AACC University and Roundtable sessions, as well as Special Events
• 30-day access (from October 1 – November 1, 2021) to all the content included with Digital Pass Select registration
• Complimentary access to the 2021 meeting session recordings from November 2, 2021 – September 30, 2022 (applies to AACC/CSCC members only)

Daily Registration

The Daily in-person registration fee includes access to all event types included with All Access registration, but only for the day you are registered.

Daily registration does not include access to Digital Pass Select content or complimentary access to the session recordings.

Guest/Spouse Registration

Each Atlanta All Access registrant is allowed to bring one Guest/Spouse registrant to the meeting.

The Guest/Spouse in-person registration fee includes access to all event types included with All Access registration.

Guest/Spouse registrants are not eligible, however, to purchase tickets for AACC University and Roundtable sessions and are not eligible for continuing education credit. Guest/Spouse registration also does not include access to Digital Pass Select content or complimentary access to the session recordings.

Expo Only Registration

The Expo Only in-person registration fee includes access to:

• The 2021 AACC Clinical Lab Expo exhibit hall
• All Industry Workshops, Industry Theaters, and Lectures on the exhibit floor and in the hotels

The Expo Hall is open Tuesday, September 28 – Thursday, September 30.

Access to educational sessions, Poster Sessions, the AACC Opening Mixer, and Digital Pass Select content is not allowed with this registration type.

Expo Only In-Person Registration Fees

Ticketed Sessions

Tickets are required for all AACC University and Roundtable sessions. Registrants must have an Atlanta All Access or appropriate Daily in-person registration to purchase these tickets.

AACC University Fees

AACC University sessions all occur on Sunday. Sunday Daily registration is free. Registrants only need to pay the fees below to attend these sessions.

Roundtable Fees

Registrants must have an Atlanta All Access or Daily in-person registration to purchase these tickets.

DIGITAL PASS SELECT REGISTRATION

The Digital Pass Select registration fee grants access to the 2021 AACC Annual Scientific Meeting & Clinical Lab Expo’s digital content. This includes online access to:

• The Plenary Sessions, Sunday afternoon Special Session, Disruptive Technology Award session, and 16 select Scientific Sessions on hot topics. 
• Poster Sessions (ePosters only)

Digital Pass Select registrants will have access to this content from September 26 – November 1, 2021, and will be able to watch the sessions either via livestream or on demand starting 24 hours after each session first airs.

Digital Pass Select registration does not include access to any in-person events at the meeting. Please also note that there is no digital exhibit hall.

2021 SESSION RECORDINGS

After the conference, recordings of the scientific sessions presented at the meeting will be available to stream and view for an unlimited number of times online from November 2, 2021 – September 30, 2022. These recordings will include most of the conference's scientific sessions, with the exception of Roundtables and the sessions of any speakers who voluntarily opted out.
