Dear colleagues,

On behalf of the organizing committee, it is our sincere pleasure to cordially invite you to The Liver Week 2020, which will be held from August 13th to 15th, 2020, at the Grand Hyatt Incheon in Incheon, South Korea.

The Liver Week is a multidisciplinary international conference hosted by the Korean Association for the Study of the Liver (KASL), in partnership with three co-hosting societies; the Korean Liver Cancer Association (KLCA), the Korean Association of HBP Surgery (KAHBPS), and the Korean Liver Transplantation Society (KLTS). This year, the 14th International Symposiums on Alcoholic Liver and Pancreatic Diseases (ALPD) and Cirrhosis will be held together with The Liver Week 2020.

Under the theme of “Navigating Towards Precision Medicine with Current Knowledge in Liver Disease”, professors, doctors, fellows, eminent experts, and distinguished leaders from the world will gather together at The Liver Week 2020 to facilitate the exchange of up-to-date information on liver diseases, with the ultimate goal of improving the outcome of liver diseases.

The organizing committee has prepared scientific programs to cover most up-to-date issues and advances made in various areas of liver disease, from basic research to clinical practice.

In particular, this year's program includes Policy Sessions, which will discuss nationwide policies to eliminate hepatitis C, Topic Symposia from bench to clinic, Inter-Department Joint Symposia, Multidisciplinary Approach Sessions, Special Interest Group Forums, and Listen to the Expert Sessions, to serve as a highly rewarding program for every participant.

We are sure that The Liver Week 2020 will be a wonderful experience for all attendees, and we look forward to meeting you in Incheon.
