| After careful deliberation, the SPD Executive Committee has decided the 45th Annual Meeting will not be held in-person in Asheville this July. Holding a large, in-person gathering intended to draw participation from around the country and world would be irresponsible, imprudent and impractical in the coming months as we all do our part to stop the spread of COVID-19. We are disappointed that we will not be able to gather, but we are confident our decision is in the best interest of the membership and broader community. Our Meeting Directors - Jane Bellet, Diana McShane, and Lara Wine Lee - have created an excellent program, and we are excited to announce that much of it will still be available virtually. |

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing.
Through June 11 - Registration fee, less a $100 administrative fee, will be refunded following the meeting.
June 12 - 26 - Registration fee, less a $200 administrative fee, will be applied toward next year's meeting for SPD members. No refund provided for non-members.
June 27 or later - No refund will be provided.
