40th Congress of the Société Internationale d'Urologie
SIU 2020 Goes Virtual
For many weeks, SIU’s Congress Organizing Committee and Board of Directors reviewed the numerous factors impacting urological education, including the considerations for the health and safety of the urological community and the public.
It soon become apparent that the best way to meet the educational needs of SIU members and colleagues while also respecting their health, safety and reasonable ability to attend an international urology event was to cancel the live, in-person event previously scheduled for October 7-11 in Montreal, Canada and instead focus efforts on delivering a state-of-the-art virtual event, accessible to all on October 10-11.

Enjoy state-of-the-art sessions on a variety of topics from October 10—11. All sessions will be available on-demand following the original broadcast. It all starts Saturday, October 10 at 0100 AM EDT (UTC -4). Sessions will be broadcast on a staggered schedule to ensure that participants in all regions of the world will have the opportunity to watch as-it-happens. |

After this educational event, attendees should be able to:
- Determine diagnosis and management of basic and complicated urological infections
- Describe the role of eHealth, new diagnostic methods and delivery of urological education and care in the developing world
- Summarize recent advances in molecular markers for urological diseases
- Report the application of therapeutic modalities and management of complex stone disease
- Discuss multimodal approach to treatment of urological cancers
- List recent advances in minimally invasive surgery
- Describe the current management of lower urinary tract symptoms
- Identify methods of dissemination of knowledge and care to underserved areas

Cancellation and Refund Policy-取消政策：
50% of registration fees will be refunded to delegates unable to attend The 40th Congress of the Société Internationale d’Urologie provided a written request is received by the Congress Office on or before August 28, 2020. The Congress regrets that requests received after this date will not be eligible for a refund. All approved refunds will be issued after the Congress.
