Due to the global uncertainties and travel restrictions caused by COVID-19 pandemic, the ISPN Executive Board has made a very difficult decision to postpone the 48th Annual Meeting, scheduled to be held in Singapore in October 2020. The Meeting will still take place in Singapore, in the same venue (Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre), but in 2021.
Discussions are ongoing with the International Federation for Neuroendoscopy (IFNE) to hold the 2021 ISPN Meeting as a joint meeting with IFNE World Congress of Neuroendoscopy in Singapore. The exact details will be made available to you once they have been finalised.
To assure the continuity of yearly educational activities, the ISPN Scientific Committee has plans to hold an ISPN Virtual Meeting around October this year. We will update you about this meeting as soon as details are available. |

The registration fee for all the Meeting registration categories includes: Entry to all Meeting sessions, entrance to the exhibition area and poster sessions, mini-program, ID badge, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception, 48th Society Annual Networking Dinner

Letter of Confirmation: A confirmation letter will be mailed within one week of receipt of the total registration fee.
Cancellation of Registration & Courses: Your registration will be confirmed by letter, once the Meeting Secretariat receives your full payment.
Cancellation of registration will be accepted until and on 1 August 2020 up to which date the registration fee will be refunded with a 50.-USD deduction for administrative expenses.
For cancellations received on and after 2 August 2020 the registration fee will be non-refundable.
- Notification of changes in the reservation and/or cancellations must be done in writing to the Meeting Secretariat, Ms. Pinar Eresici peresici@kenes.com.
- All prices are inclusive of VAT taxes.
- A confirmation letter will be mailed within one week of receipt of the total registration fee.
- Please make your bank transfer for your registration fee excluding the bank transfer charges.
- For those paying via bank transfer, if funds are not received within 45 days of registering, your registration will be canceled.
