Dear friends and colleagues,
It is my honor and pleasure to extend an invitation and welcome you to the upcoming 20th Congress of the International Society for Burn Injuries to be held in Birmingham, UK on August 23 -27, 2020. The ISBI Congress is constructed in a manner to continue to promote the concept of one world and one standard of care for those patients suffering from thermal injury. The educational program will contain several plenary, concurrent and poster sessions, with topics of interest for every participant and every professional who is associated with, or a member of a burn care team.
As in past years, we will be awarding many prizes and awards which include 6 Young Investigators Prizes, the Baskent University/ ISBI Nursing Award and the Zagame
Rehabilitation Specialist Award. Details for these awards can be found on the ISBI website.
As always, our ISBI Congress is a perfect time for us to renew old friendships and make new ones as we continue to truly improve burn care on a worldwide platform.
I look forward to seeing all of you in Birmingham in August 2020!
