The International Council on Magnetic Resonance in Biological Systems (ICMRBS) organizes biennial conferences that have grown substantially in both size and scope since the initial meeting in 1964. Besides covering important new developments in the use of EPR and in vivo NMR, the meeting is widely considered one of the premier meetings in the rapidly growing field of protein and nucleic acid structure determination by multi-dimensional NMR techniques. The Council membership, which consists of organizers of meetings over the preceding ten years, invites suggestions for future conferences.
Conference venues rotate among North America, Europe, and other centers of biomolecular magnetic resonance activity. Each conference aims to develop an in-depth evaluation of the current status of the field and to determining the directions where magnetic resonance could have the greatest impact on addressing biologically important problems.

Conference Registration for the ICMRBS XXIX in Boston
Conference registration fees include access to all conference sessions (orals, posters, workshops, exhibits), welcome reception on Sunday evening, coffee breaks, and poster session refreshments. The conference registration fee does not include the banquet. Banquet tickets are sold separately for an additional cost.
Early-Bird Registration Deadline is June 30.
After June 30 rates increase by $75.
Regular Conference Registration: $600 early-bird | $675 late (after June 30)
Post-doc* Conference Registration: $500 early-bird | $575 late (after June 30)
*Qualified post-docs are within two years of first appointment.
Student** Conference Registration: $300 early-bird | $375 late (after June 30)
**Student must be enrolled as a full-time student at the time of the conference.
Banquet on Thursday, August 27
The conference banquet / social event requires a separate ticket (not included in conference registration fee.) Tickets $75 each. You may register for the conference now and add-on a banquet ticket at a later date. In online registration, please select the option 'I have already registered for the conference' and then scroll down to select banquet ticket. Or, you may use the printable registration form.
Companion Registration / Badge
If you will be accompanied by an adult companion (spouse), we offer a Companion Badge which includes the Welcome Reception, Break Refreshments, and access to Corporate Hospitality Suites. Cost for this badge is $50.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your registration, please be sure to notify the Conference Office by email or fax immediately. The following cancellation fee will apply based upon the date when notification of cancellation is received by the Conference Office.
Until August 3, 2020: Refund of fees paid less $50 cancellation fee.
After August 3, 2020: No refunds
