Update: EWMA 2020 rescheduled to November
We can announce that the 30th Annual Conference of the EWMA, EWMA 2020 will be rescheduled to Wednesday 18 – Friday 20 November 2020 in London.
Whilst only a short time ago we felt optimistic that May was far enough away to confidently proceed with our plans the current developments in the COVID-19 situation across all of Europe and beyond has caused us to come to the decision to postpone the conference.
In an ideal world we would wait and see, but with the health of the global community as a main priority and the planning of participants, speakers, sponsors and collaborators in mind we felt it was right to make this decision now rather than later.
The EWMA team will together with our valued collaborator the Tissue Viability Society (TVS) continue to be working hard to deliver a successful and memorable conference in November.
We would like to express our sincere thanks to our participants, speakers, abstract submitters and industry partners for their understanding, continuous support and flexibility.
We hope for your understanding and look forward to welcoming you to London in November.

Safe, high-quality healthcare improves the health and wellbeing of populations and nations. Improving the quality of wound care requires shared learning, research and innovation with people from different parts of the world. The EWMA Conference will focus on how global collaboration in wound care can deliver cost-effective, high-quality wound care at a local level.
In May 2020, the EWMA Conference will be held in London, one of the world’s most visited cities.
