›› Each author may submit a maximum of two abstracts in any one category (ie. free papers, video competition, video library and video symposium).
›› Only one abstract may be submitted in the poster and presented poster category.
›› Only one free paper will be accepted per author for oral presenation. If a second free paper abstract is accepted, it will be considered for possible presentation in the ‘Poster Village’. This format will be in the style of an electronic poster, but will include an oral presentation. Authors must be present to defend and discuss their paper

Cancellation Policy - Applies to registration and wetlab packages
- Registrations cancelled by Aug 7th will be refunded 80% of the registration fees.
- Registrations cancelled between Aug 8th and Sept 4th will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.
- Registrations cancelled after Sept 4th will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be made in the following ways
- For payments received by credit cards, the same card will be refunded.
- For payments received by bank transfer, refunds will be made to the same bank account. Please note there may be a delay processing bank transfer refunds and all costs associated with the transfer will be charged to the registrant.
