Dear congress participant, dear friends
Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic still remains a global health challenge and future developments are at this stage unpredictable, the EMSOS Board has decided to further postpone the EMSOS congress to May 12-14, 2021 at the same venue in Graz, Austria. London will move to 2022.
Additionally we are going to re-open the abstract submission portal, taken special regard to new research findings. Accepted abstracts will remain their status – but applicants will be able to make adaption of their submitted abstracts as well.
We are thankful for your trust and support and we are looking forward to welcome you to EMSOS in May 2021.

Registration
Please note that this further postponement is a fully equivalent replacement for the planned congress from December 16–18,2020 originally scheduled for May 13–15, 2020.
It goes without saying that registration fees for the congress will remain in place for the new congress date. Registration to the EMSOS 2021 remains open.
All engagements with the organizing secretariat related to this congress are automatically shifted to the new congress dates.
Please note these new registration conditions:
• If you already registered for the congress, but you will not be able to attend the congress in May 2021, please let us know until February 28, 2021 and we will cancel your participation and refund any paid registration fees to you.
• For cancellations received between February 28 and April 12, 2021 the paid registration fee, minus a handling charge of EUR 50 will be refunded.
• No further refunds can be granted for cancellations received after April 12, 2021
All refunds will be paid after the congress. No-Shows do not entitle to refunds. Please note that it lies within the participant’s responsibility to apply for a Visa in time.
Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to emsos2021@vb-mice.at . Cancellations are only valid if confirmed by the conference organizer. |

We are honoured to host the 33rd Annual Meeting of the European Musculo-Skeletal Oncology Society, which will be held jointly with the 21st EMSOS Nurse and Allied Professions Group Meeting from 13th – 15th May 2020 at the Stadthalle Graz - Messe Congress Graz, Austria.
Graz is a beautiful, UNESCO protected city in the southern part of Austria embedded in a wonderful countryside, and easily reachable by plane, train or car. It is well known as a University city with a strong background in medical research. Furthermore, Graz is a place with unique cultural and culinary heritage, providing ideal background for scientific discussions in a friendly (after-hour) atmosphere.

Registration fee coverage
All registration fees are in Euro (€) and include access to all scientific sessions, access to the exhibition area, congress kit and name badge, certificate of attendance, book of abstracts, working lunches and coffee breaks scheduled in the program as well as the welcome reception on December 16th, 2020.
The Conference dinner on December 17th, 2020 at "Location to be decided" is not included in the registration fee and can be purchased additionally.
Registration policy
Your registration and payment will be confirmed by email. Payment for registration fees must be made in advance in Euro, either by credit card or by bank transfer. A registration will not be processed until full payment is received. Participants are kindly requested to bring the confirmation letter to the registration desk at the congress venue. Please note that the Early Bird are only applicable if they have been credited to the congress account before the specified date.
Cancellation poliy
Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to emsos2020@austropa.at. Cancellations are only valid if confirmed by the conference organizer.
Cancellations until 17.04.2020: the registration fee will be refunded
Cancellations until 16.11.2020: the registration fee minus a handling charge of 50 € will be refunded.
Cancellation after 16.11.2020: no fee will be refunded.
Refunds will be paid after the conference. No-shows do not entitle to refunds. Please note that it lies within the participant’s responsibility to apply for a Visa in time.
