| ASN presents NUTRITION 2020 LIVE ONLINE, a FREE, brand-new virtual meeting, June 1-4, delivering four days of virtual abstract presentations, virtual exhibits, panel discussions, live Q&A and interaction! Only weeks earlier, ASN was hard at work planning for a similar – but live – event that was expected to take place in Seattle. NUTRITION 2020 LIVE ONLINE emerged as a new event when ASN canceled its flagship in-person meeting, Nutrition 2020, in response to COVID-19 concerns. REGISTRATION CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to asnnutrition@mcievents.com by April 17, 2020. No refund requests will be granted after this date. No refunds will be given for no-shows. Substitutions are not permitted.
• Cancellation requests received by March 6, 2020 will receive a 75% refund.
• Cancellation requests received between March 7 and April 17, 2020 will receive a 50% refund.
Every attempt will be made to process refunds within 30 days of cancellation. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment type. Cash and money order payments will be refunded by check.
