As the largest gathering on epilepsy in the world, the American Epilepsy Society's Annual Meeting is the event for epilepsy professionals in academia, clinical practice, industry, and advocacy.

Notices are sent out in August for original submissions. Late-breaking submission notices are sent out in late September.
SUBMISSION FEE/摘要提交费:
The abstract fee covers the cost of abstract processing and will also help AES maintain the excellent quality of our Annual Meeting. You will be prompted to pay this fee immediately prior to submitting the abstract. Abstract submissions are the cornerstone of our scientific program and we thank you for your support. All abstract fees are non-refundable.
Member: $50 per abstract
Non-Member: $75 per abstract
ANNUAL MEETING REGISTRATION:
All presenters must register for the Annual Meeting and will be required to pay the annual meeting registration fee.

Registration cancellation requests sent to aes@experient-inc.com no later than 11:59 PM Pacific Time on Friday, November 27 are eligible for a full refund of the paid registration fee. Refund requests received November 28 or later will not be honored. Please allow 5-7 days for credit card refunds to be processed. Check refunds will be processed within 4-6 weeks after AES2020.
