Cancellations and Refunds/取消与退款：
Requests for cancellation of meeting and guest registrations and all ticketed events must be received in writing at the AANS no later than March 30, 2020, in order to receive a full refund less a $50 processing fee.
Requests for cancellation received between March 31, 2020, and April 15, 2020, will be charged a $100 processing fee.
No refunds will be made on or after April 16, 2020.
