2019年第105届北美放射学会(RSNA)年会将于2019年12月1日至6日在美国芝加哥举行。RSNA年会（北美放射年会）是全球放射学界规模最大、最能代表行业未来发展方向的顶级医学盛会，每年都有来自全球130多个国家的25000余名放射学领域的专家、学者、企业代表等专业人士参会，一起交流、探讨和展示国际放射学领域最新的科研成果。2018年RSNA年会统计：注册总参会人数为50252人，24,702名专业与会者，来自115个国家，中国与会者670人；435个教育课程；1712个科学报告演示；692家参展商。
北美放射学会(RSNA)成立于1915年，原名为西方伦琴学会，1920年更名为北美放射学会，是世界上最大、最具影响力的权威学术团体组织之一，在全球136个国家拥有超过54000名会员，其中包括放射学家、放射肿瘤学家、医疗物理学家、核医学医师、放射科学家和其他医务人员等。
RSNA每年11月下旬召开影像诊断、放射治疗及放射技术学的国际性会议——北美放射学年会。
