2019年第31届国际环境流行病学协会(ISEE)年会将于2019年8月22日至25日在荷兰乌得勒支市举行，预计将有1000余名来自世界各地的代表参会。

The 31st annual conference of the International Society for Environmental Epidemiology (ISEE 2019) will take place in the historic city of Utrecht, the Netherlands, and is expected to attract a minimum of 1,000 participants from all parts of the world. These include not only academic or government scientists, but also public health professionals, consultants, and industry representatives. We also expect significant participation from major international stakeholders such as the World Health Organisation, the European Union, the US Environmental Protection Agency and the US based Health Effects Institute.
The meeting theme is ‘”On Airs, Waters, Places”’ in recognition of what was probably the first surviving text on environmental health, written by Hippocrates of Kos some 400 years B.C.E. Convening in a city which was founded by the Romans about 2,000 years ago, we thought it would be a good idea to discuss the history and future of Environmental Epidemiology at our meeting.

Symposium Proposals: Prospective delegates may propose a 90 or 120 minutes symposium containing from 3 to 5 talks on a topic related to one of the meeting themes or to other environmental epidemiology topics. Symposium proposal submission opens on November 16, 2019.
Pre-conference workshops: a limited number of rooms is available on Sunday August 25 for those who wish to organize a half-day or full-day pre-conference workshop. Cost for room and catering need to be generated by workshop participants. If you are interested in organizing a pre-conference workshop, please submit your proposal here from November 16, 2018.
Early morning sessions: a limited number of rooms is available on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, August 26-28 for those who wish to organize a one-hour early morning session (730-830 am). If you are interested in organizing an early morning session, please submit your proposal here from November 16, 2018.
General Abstract Submission: General abstract submission opens February 1, 2019.
