On behalf of the European Association for Osseointegration, we are delighted to announce that the EAO’s 28th annual scientific meeting will take place in Lisbon, 26–28 September 2019. This prestigious three-day event will feature some of the biggest names in implant dentistry and will attract thousands of attendees from around the world. The EAO congress is a truly global event, and we are delighted to welcome Brazil as next year’s ‘Invited country’ at the conference. The EAO board of directors has prepared an exciting scientific programme with a number of innovative features. Delegates will have the opportunity to attend dynamic and interactive sessions as part of the congress programme, which will be complemented by the renowned EAO trade exhibition. As ever, the conference will provide a valuable opportunity for networking, sharing research and showcasing new technology. Corporate partners and sponsors of Lisbon 2019 will be able to meet congress delegates face-to-face and establish important and meaningful relationships.
The overarching theme for the congress in 2019 is building a ‘Bridge to the future’ of implant dentistry.
