• It is obligatory that the external participation fee (300 USD) must be paid by the participants who only pay for registration or who do not arrange accommodations by Serenas Tourism. The early outside participation fee is applied until January 22, 2018. The Late external participation fee is going to be 450 USD after January 22, 2018. The external participation is not applied to participants who arrange their accommodations with Serenas Tourism for any hotel. If you pay only registration fee, we kindly request you to pay your registration/s including external participation fee since the participants who do not pay the external fee will not allowed Congress Center.
• PAOA (Pan Arab Orthopedic Association) will be involved in APOA2018 as an invited Association. Relevant to this, orthopedic and traumatology specialists from 24 Arab countries who are member of the association, will be able to participate in the APOA2018 with same prices that APOA members pay

TRANSFER SERVICES
All transfers from the airport to the congress hotels and vice versa for all participants who inform Serenas Tourism about their flight details in advance between April 10 and 14 2018 will be FREE OF CHARGE. If Serenas Tourism is notified in written about changes in flight details latest within 24 hours prior to the flight, these requests will be taken into consideration. We would like to inform you that it takes 40 minutes from airport to congress center and hotels and this is equal to 35 km. on this route there is no transportation such as train, metro and bus. It is 55 USD for one way and 110 USD for around trip by taxi. Please note that you are required to make your hotel reservations through the congress organization (SERENAS) in order to use free transfer/shuttle services.Transfer requests for other dates than mentioned above will be private transfers. Please contact SERENAS for private transfers.

SHUTTLE SERVICES
There will be free shuttle services organized by the Organization Company between congress hotels. Relevant to settlement plan of the area, transportation is not available. Participants who don’t make the hotel reservations by SERENAS are not able to benefit from shuttle services.

WHAT IS EXTERNAL PARTICIPATION FEE?
The meeting package fee (registration fees) includes access to all scientific sessions and exhibition area, congress bag, congress and abstracts books, name badges and certificate of attendance, lunches.

Relevant to this In Antalya Belek area, all hotels are run by all – inclusive concept. All-inclusive hotels provide free food and beverages services during the congress activities. Regarding these services, security check (ID or passport check) is applied to all participants and 300 USD is charged to participants who don’t accommodate in congress hotel or to participants who don’t have reservation by Organization Company. You will be able to benefit from hotel services between 08:30 – 18:00. All participants are subject to external participation fee non-regarding the registration types.The early outside participation fee is applied untilJanuary 22, 2018. The Late external participation fee is going to be 450 USD after January 22, 2018

The participants who make their accommodation reservation by Serenas Tourism will be able to benefit from the services below. These participants will be excluded from the external participation fees.

The participants who do not make their reservation via Serenas Tourism are object to pay external participation fee. The Participants will be able to benefit from the services below as long as they pay registration and external participation fee.
