* Musculoskeletal Ultrasound for Rheumatologists - Advanced Eligibility and Documentation Requirements: To be eligible to participate in the advanced course, you must have performed more than 60 musculoskeletal ultrasound scans in the two years prior to the course and have attended at least one beginner level course worth a minimum of 14 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ in musculoskeletal ultrasound. Provision of a scan or billing log, and CME certificate(s) required. Documentation is subject to review.
**RhMSUSTM Designees and Individuals Approved to Sit for RhMSUSTM exam: To be eligible for a reimbursement of 20% off the initial registration fees, RhMSUSTM Designees and individuals approved to sit for the RhMSUSTM certification exam must provide copy of their RhMSUSTM certificate or Notice to Schedule (NTS) email from Castle (in addition to the “Advanced Eligibility and Documentation Requirements” listed above). The 20% reimbursement will be applied after Annual Meeting as a credit to the original form of payment. |
