The deadline to submit an abstract for consideration isTuesday, September 26, 2017 at 5:00 PM EDT. You will be notified of your acceptance for either an oral or poster presentation by January 2018.

Full registration fees for the 2018 Annual Meeting include Colloquia, Clinical Seminars/Trifecta Clinical Seminar, Cutting-Edge Topics, ePoster Sessions, Subspecialty Collaborative Sessions, Surgical Tutorials, Live Telesurgery, Flipped Classrooms, Film Festival, and the Welcome Reception. Register online throughJan. 31, 2018 to receive the early bird rate and April 6, 2018 to receive the advance rate. You may also register online after April 7 and onsite at the regular rate.

Registration Change/Cancelation Policy
All cancellation and changes must be received, in writing by Friday, April 6, 2018. Cancelations received by this date will receive a full refund less a 20% processing fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after April 6, 2018.
