2018年第2届EHA-SWG衰老与血液学科学会议是一个为期三天的会议，将于2018年10月12-14日在波兰华沙举行，会议由欧洲血液学协会衰老与血液学科学工作组(EHA-SWG)主办，其主要目的是探讨老年恶性和非恶性血液病患者管理中未满足的需求。讨论将集中在衰老领域的进展:发病机制、共病、多药、认知障碍和生活质量的管理，以及“适合”和“不适合”老年患者的最优和合理的治疗方法。与会者包括：血液学家、肿瘤学家、专科护士、患者提倡导组织，老年病学专家和药剂师等。
